Digital Workshops

We run regular small, friendly, practical workshops to help you improve your photography knowledge and have a better understanding of your camera controls and how you can use it more creatively.

Starting at 10.00 with a welcome drink and snack we cover the basics and then move on to the practical bits! Overall lasting five hours and with just six places per workshop you will have plenty of time to practice the new knowledge and you are assured of individual attention. We cover the basic technical aspects of taking a picture as well as exploring composition, the use of colour, texture and shape. There is also a chance to review your images and look at different ways to present them.

Please let us know if you have a particular interest in wildlife photography.

Workshops take place in several beautiful Peak District locations with the emphasis on getting out and learning by taking pictures.

"Just wanted to thank you again for a super day.  I really enjoyed it and learned such a lot"

"Thanks for a very informative and enjoyable evening.  I learnt a lot"

"I would like to say many, many thanks for the excellent workshop I attended last Tuesday.  The time and effort you and Andrew gave to me was second to none and I am eager to put lots of what I learned into practice."
